Terms of Service
These terms cover use of AffiliateLauncher, a service run by CNR Consulting Services, Inc.. By installing the app or plugin, creating a company, or signing in, you agree to them. If you use it for a business, you confirm you can agree for that business.
The service
AffiliateLauncher helps merchants run affiliate programs: tracking referred sales, running commission plans, and preparing payouts. Features depend on your plan and your store platform, and we may change or improve them over time.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details safe and give accurate information. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for the people you give access to.
Your program and your data
You decide your commission rules and who your affiliates are. You are responsible for paying your affiliates, for your program's own terms, and for following the laws that apply to your business. You keep ownership of your data. You let us process it to provide the service, as described in our privacy page.
Fees
Paid plans are billed through Shopify or Stripe at the price shown when you sign up. Payouts to affiliates are sent through the payment providers you choose, under their own terms.
Acceptable use
Don't use AffiliateLauncher for anything unlawful, to send spam, or to interfere with the service or other customers.
No warranty
The service is provided as is. Commission figures depend on the data your store sends and the rules you set, so please check them before you pay. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect damages or lost profits.
Limit on liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about AffiliateLauncher is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Your responsibility for claims
You will cover us for claims that come from your affiliate program, your affiliate payouts or your program terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
Ending use
You can stop using AffiliateLauncher at any time by uninstalling the app or plugin. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
