User Agreement — Log in with PayPal

Last updated: 2026-06-29

This User Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of Log in with PayPal to link a PayPal account to your affiliate profile in AffiliateLauncher operated by CNR Consulting Services, Inc. (“CNR,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By clicking Connect PayPal or completing PayPal sign-in to link your account, you agree to this Agreement.

1. Eligibility and account ownership

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and legally able to enter this Agreement. You represent that you own or have lawful authority to use the PayPal account you link, and that linking that account for commission payouts is permitted under PayPal’s terms.

2. Purpose of linking

Log in with PayPal is used solely to verify that you control a PayPal account and to store your PayPal payer ID on your affiliate profile so your company can pay commissions to that account (via PayPal CSV export and/or PayPal API payouts, as configured by your company).

CNR does not use your payer ID for unrelated marketing, advertising, or resale.

3. No custody of funds

AffiliateLauncher is commission management software. CNR does not hold, transmit, or guarantee payment of commission funds. Your company is responsible for funding and initiating payouts. PayPal processes payments subject to PayPal’s agreements, limits, and review policies.

4. Accuracy and your responsibilities

You agree to:

You are responsible for any tax reporting or obligations arising from commissions paid to your PayPal account.

5. Disconnecting PayPal

You may disconnect your linked PayPal account at any time from My Info. Your company may require a linked PayPal account to include you in certain PayPal payout methods. Disconnecting does not affect commission amounts already earned or payout records your company maintains.

6. Third-party terms

PayPal is a third-party service not controlled by CNR. Your use of PayPal is subject to PayPal’s User Agreement, Acceptable Use Policy, and Privacy Policy. CNR is not responsible for PayPal service outages, account limitations, holds, or declines.

7. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

8. Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless CNR, its affiliates, and their officers, directors, and employees from claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of this Agreement, your misrepresentation regarding account ownership, or your misuse of Log in with PayPal.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

THE LOG IN WITH PAYPAL FEATURE AND RELATED SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. CNR DOES NOT WARRANT THAT PAYOUTS WILL BE TIMELY, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT PAYPAL WILL APPROVE ANY TRANSACTION.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CNR AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST COMMISSIONS, OR LOST DATA, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO LOG IN WITH PAYPAL OR COMMISSION PAYOUTS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. CNR’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF THIS AGREEMENT SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID CNR FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, the above limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted.

11. Governing law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction apply.

12. Changes

We may modify this Agreement by posting an updated version with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use of Log in with PayPal after changes constitutes acceptance.
